Do I have to sign a lease and how long are your leasing periods?

Yes! You will sign a lease upon application approval. Leases are on a month-to-month basis, we know that life can be unexpected sometimes, so we try to make it as easy as possible for you! We just ask that you give us a 30-day notice before moving out.

Can I have pets?

Yes! We are pet-friendly properties! To have your pet approved, just submit your pet’s up-to-date vaccination records, up-to-date pictures, and a deposit of $200. Call our office to get more information.

Are furnished homes available?

Yes! Our mobile homes, apartments, and houses can come fully furnished for an additional monthly fee.


How can I pay my rent?

We have multiple ways available for you to pay your rent each month. You can bring a money order by the office at 2204 S Janice St, or you can pay online by credit card or banking account through your Buildium portal. NO CASH.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a security deposit of the same amount as 1 month’s rent will be required at the time of move-in. The deposit is refundable upon passing the move-out inspection. An application fee of $25 per person over the age of 18 is also required at the time of application.

Are utilities included in the rent price?

Tenants always have to pay for electricity and are required to have it turned on before move-in. Water can be included depending on the property.
